  1. Remove the steaks from the freezer earlier

What you want to do before grilling your steak is to remove them 30 minutes earlier before the actual time that you will cook it.

  1. Use seasonings

You can choose yourself what seasonings to use. It is better to use simple ones like salt and pepper. Make sure to rub the seasonings on all sides.

  1. Brush the grill rates

Make sure that it is very clean. You can buy and use a high-quality brush to make it sure.

  1. Pre-heat the grill

Set the gas grill into medium-high temperature and then create a two-zone fire.

  1. Grill the ribeye steak

Cook the beef over a direct heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side to achieve a medium rare steak. When it is almost done, move it to the cold side of the grill.

  1. Remove the steaks

Rest the steak for about 5 minutes so that the juice will flow through the meat for a more tender and juicy result.

  1. Add sides to the dish

Don’t forget to serve it with your favorite sides for a much better-finished product. Some sides you can add are baked potatoes and avocado mango salsa.
